How selling online works when Muse builds your site.
The simple version — one page, no jargon.
Your design, your name, your photos. It lives on Cloudflare — fast, secure, and the hosting is free. This is the only website customers ever see.
In Shopify's private dashboard (not a website), you type in your products, prices, and photos, and add your bank account so you can get paid. That's the only part only you can do. You never design anything in Shopify.
Shopify gives you a small piece of code for each product — the "Buy Button." Paste it to Muse, and Muse puts the buy buttons on your site in the right spots. That's the whole connection.
They shop on your site, then pay at Shopify's checkout. Shopify runs the card, emails the receipt, and drops the money in your bank. The order shows up in your dashboard, ready to fill.
One thing to ignore: Shopify automatically creates a page called yourstore.myshopify.com. It's an unused side door — ignore it or password-protect it. You don't maintain it.
